Occurs every December-February, date TBD, Saturday, 9 am to 12:30 pm
Kick-off planting season with us at this big, annual volunteer event. We have thousands of local plants to plant in newly restored natural areas of the Presidio. Presidio Earth Day Celebration!
Occurs every April, date TBD, Saturday, 9 am to 12:30 pm
Join us for Spring Days of Service! Celebrate Earth Day, National Volunteer Week, and National Park Week with the Golden Gate national parks from Wednesday April 19 – Sunday April 23, 2023. From beach cleanups to habitat restoration, there's something for everyone. Bring yourself, your friends, and your family! Events are free and open to the public. All ages and abilities welcome!

Back Into The Earth Day Celebration!
Occurs every April, date TBD, Saturday, 9 am to Noon
Please note there will not be a 2023 event. Join us for “Back into the Earth Day” with the Presidio Archaeology team. Archaeologists and volunteers spend the day digging into the park’s history as the team prepares the
El Presidio archaeology site for our upcoming summer research dig.
