Support the Presidio

The Presidio is a people-powered park, sustained and supported by its passionate community.

The Presidio is a people-powered park, co-created and sustained by its passionate and supportive community. There are so many ways you can help.

When you eat in a Presidio restaurant, stay in a hotel, buy from a Presidio business, or even pay a parking fee, you’re supporting the operation and restoration of the park.

And thousands of people volunteer their time, talent, and energy by planting trees, maintaining trails, caring for native plants, and welcoming visitors. Still more give back by joining or donating to our non-profit partner – the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy.

Support a Presidio Business

Most of the money needed to run the Presidio comes from rent from people who live in the park and organizations located here.  That means with every dollar you spend at a Presidio business you’re helping to support this unique park. Learn more about the restaurants, hotels, museums, gyms, schools, and more located here.
