Presidio Officers’ Club
Presidio Officers’ Club was once an exclusive gathering place for Army brass and their families. Today, we invite new generations to enjoy this spectacular space for gatherings, weddings, and meetings. A one-of-a-kind historic San Francisco venue, the Officers’ Club features the grand Moraga Hall, the loft-style Ortega Ballroom with panoramic views, and the open-air Hardie Courtyard.
Moraga Hall
Located at the heart of the Officers' Club, Moraga Hall welcomes visitors to the Presidio's “living room” with its Spanish colonial revival architecture. It has space for 100 people to gather and relax in comfort. During an event, the room’s décor creates a natural sense of occasion with dark beams, an oversized fireplace, chandeliers, and wrought-iron fixtures. You can also enjoy a cocktail hour or breakout sessions in the adjacent Hardie Courtyard with smaller groups of up to 45 people.
Ortega Ballroom
Head upstairs to the roomy Ortega Ballroom, with its exclusive terrace and balcony with panoramic windows. This grand second floor gathering space has a spectacular view across the historic Main Post to San Francisco Bay. This loft-style setting can accommodate every type of event up to 250 people, with an industrial design aesthetic highlighted by high ceilings and exposed rafters.
Hardie Courtyard
Hardie Courtyard is a beautiful and wind protected outdoor setting with fresh air and forest views. This location has space for up to 45 guests and is ideal for exclusive smaller events, pre-event gatherings, receptions, and exhibits. Hardie Courtyard features one of esteemed artist Andy Goldsworthy's Presidio works:
Earth Wall. This courtyard can be combined as an add-on space with either Moraga Hall or Ortega Ballroom.
Adjacent to the Presidio Officers' Club are the
