Built in 1895 along the former “infantry row," 101 Montgomery Street is located in the heart of the Presidio. The restaurant space is on the ground floor of an iconic historic structure.
The restaurant space has been a destination for locals and visitors. It offers 4,626 SF of indoor dining and 696 SF of outdoor porch space overlooking the park’s seven-acre Main Parade Ground lawn. The restaurant also features a private dining room and a beautiful open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs in action.
Additional prep and storage space is available. Existing equipment and FF&E is included. All permitting is done directly through the Presidio Trust. This includes the permit for serving full liquor – there is no need to apply through the California ABC.
