Presidio Theatre

A New Performing Arts Center Opens in September 2019!

Once an Army movie theatre where Bob Hope performed during World War II, the historic Presidio Theatre will soon be reborn as the national park's home for affordable live theatre, film, dance, music, lectures, educational programming, and special events.

The 600-seat theatre will bring the magic of live performance to our whole community inside a revitalized architectural jewel. The theatre is the result of a gift from the Margaret E. Haas Fund.
