Colibri Mexican Bistro, located at the historic Presidio Officers’ Club, is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, happy hour Mondays through Fridays, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Seating is available both inside and outdoors on their spacious patio. Reservations are also available.

Colibri – which means “hummingbird” in Spanish – offers diners an authentic Mexico City dining experience in the heart of the park. Their menu includes classics, such as  Chilaquiles verdes o rojos and  Mole Poblano, along with a few new offerings, like Quesabirria and Tlayuda. They also make fresh, handmade tortillas, and antojitos (street snacks/small appetizers), prepared to order on the outdoor comal, and offer cocktails that incorporate mezcals and tequilas from around the world along with flavors of hibiscus, Valencia orange, prickly pear, and sea salt.
