Join Christian Griffith for the Run2Heal San Francisco 5K!
On August 22 at 5:00pm at Sports Basement/Crissy Field in San Francisco, Christian Griffith, child abuse survivor and ultra-endurance athlete, will run the Run2Heal San Francisco 5K, which represents the final 3.1 miles of his 3,000-mile epic trek across the United States. Be there (both in person or virtually) to help him complete his herculean, 5-month-long journey which started in New York City on March 19, when he put his life on hold and began running to raise money for Help For Children. Also along the way, Christian has been speaking to audiences in an effort to encourage, inspire, and motivate individuals like him who are suffering from the trauma of childhood abuse.
Christian teamed up with Help For Children (HFC), a globally recognized non-profit focused on the prevention and treatment of child abuse, because HFC funds programs that protect and heal tens of thousands of children each year throughout the U.S. and internationally. Since its inception in 1998, HFC has distributed more than $51 million in grants to organizations in seven countries. Your support of Christian’s endeavor will further Help For Children’s goals of keeping children safe and treating the trauma of abuse, which affects an estimated 40 million children each year.
