Presidio Picnic will take place rain or shine this Sunday, May 19! The food and fun will continue, but we regret that the Parangal Dance Company will not be performing. We look forward to welcoming them in the future. CorePower Yoga will also take a break this weekend.
Presidio Picnic brings together the best of the Bay Area food scene with the beauty of this national park site. Held on the seven-acre Main Parade Ground lawn, Presidio Picnic features food and drink from more than 30 international mobile food creators. But it's not just about the grub. Each month, Presidio Picnic will feature monthly dance performances and each week visitors can enjoy an ever-changing array of free activities, including: free bike safety classes for kids offered by Presidio YMCA, nature-based arts and crafts for kids, lawn games, yoga from CorePower Yoga, music, and free bike valet by the
SF Bicycle Coalition.

San Francisco’s favorite family picnic, Presidio Picnic, celebrates a different cultural heritage each month, with international cuisine every Sunday, and ethnic dance entertainment the 3rd Sunday of the month.
Parangal (puh-ruh-ngal, meaning tribute) Dance Company is a Filipino Folk Dance Group based in the San Francisco Bay Area who’s mission is to give tribute to Philippine heritage by preserving and promoting ethnic attire, music, and dance through research, workshops, and performances. Parangal aims to serve as a bridge, inspiring and connecting Filipino Americans to their roots to give them a sense of pride and identity, while educating diverse communities to foster awareness and appreciation of Philippine culture.
