Indulge in the New Year with this month’s Open Kitchen menu at The Commissary highlighting “the diamond of the kitchen,” truffles. Guests Telmo Faria, chef/owner of Uma Casa, and Alison Trent, executive chef of Los Angeles’ Ysabel and Laurel Hardware, will join The Commissary’s Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia in creating this special four-course menu.

Prized for their incredible aroma and earthy, robust flavors, fresh truffles are only available for a few months each year making them a cherished culinary delicacy. We can’t wait to taste how these talented chefs prepare these sumptuous tubers.
