Help the Presidio Trust Trail Crew maintain and enhance park trails and pathways. Stewardship helps maintain a world-class trail system for the community to enjoy today and in the years to come.
Second Tuesdays, 10 am to 1 pm
Meet at 10 am at the Inspiration Point Overlook. Volunteers will be transported by van to project sites.
Tuesday, May 12: Bay Area Ridge Trail
Last month our volunteers made massive improvements to a section of the Bay Area Ridge Trail that we'll once again tackle to perform important followup work. The tasks will center on preventing runoff caused by erosion and trail usage, and we'll learn some neat tips from our Presidio Trust Trail Crew on how to install the infrastructure. Should be fun, and slightly more technical work than usual, located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of the Presidio.
