Mission Possible Exhibit – June 2 to 27, 2010
A photo of a boy holding a model of a mission.This June the Presidio Trust and Mission Dolores co-host the 2nd Annual Mission Possible! The exhibit showcases 4th grade student projects depicting life during California’s Mission Period. Classes are welcome to submit models as well as murals, videos, essays, mosaics, sculptures and plays that tell a story about this era in our state’s history. Register your class today! War & Dissent – An Online Exhibit
Displayed at the Presidio Officers’ Club in 2009, this bold mixed media exhibit of photographs, diaries, letters, political cartoons, recordings, maps, and flags looked at the Spanish-American and Philippine Wars from several points of view. An online version accompanied by teacher resource materials is now available for use in your classroom.
