Inventory of Reference Materials

Updated April 20, 2005

The Presidio Trust has a variety of reference materials which may be useful for prospective tenants responding to the West Crissy Field RFP. These materials are available for review and purchase at the following locations.

Presidio Trust Library
The Presidio Trust Library is located at 34 Graham Street in the Presidio (open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If special assistance is required, respondents are encouraged but not required to call the Trust Librarian in advance of their visit at (415) 561-5343. Photocopying is available at the Presidio Trust Library. The public is asked to identify the items they would like photocopied, then the librarian will assist with photocopying. The rate to photocopy materials is 25¢/page for an 8-1/2x11 copy and 50¢/page for an 11x17 copy. Payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card is accepted. Some materials are also available for review on the Trust’s website at www.presidio.gov (see below for details).

GGNRA Park Archives
Supplemental historic information compiled by the U.S. Army and National Park Service, including historic maps, structure reports, and other data, is stored at the GGNRA Park Archives located within the Presidio. A partial selection of relevant documents from the Archives (see Attachment A) has been copied and is among the reference materials listed below and available for purchase at Ford Graphics. To view the complete compilation, the Archives are located at the Cavalry Stables on McDowell Avenue (Building 667) and have limited hours of operation. Please call (415) 561-4807 for current hours.
