This former Army barracks was constructed in 1923 in the wooded hillside just above the Cavalry Stables. Expenses
Tenant pays for telecom, data, parking and insurance. Basic office utilities and Service District Charge (SDC) are included in monthly base rent. SDC is a reimbursement to the Trust for a portion of municipal services such as police, fire, and emergency services, and road and other infrastructure maintenance.
Commission
$1.50/RSF per year (up to $10/RSF) for each year of the initial term to procuring broker, payable half 30 days after lease execution and half 30 days after occupancy. Procuring cause will include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Broker must accompany the clients on the initial visit to the Presidio;
2. Broker must provide written confirmation of an agreement between broker and tenant;
3. Broker must have a continuing involvement in the transaction.
