Presidio Trust is revitalizing the Main Post, bringing back its lively
character and creating new opportunities for the community to experience its
history and culture. The Main Parade Ground was recently re-landscaped as an
inviting public open space. The Inn at the Presidio, the park’s first lodging
facility, is now open on nearby Moraga Avenue. The Main Post also features a
transit center, the Presidio Community YMCA, and restaurants, with new visitor
destinations expected soon. The Crissy Field waterfront is a short distance to
free PresidiGo Downtown Shuttle operates between the adjacent Transit Center
and major downtown transit points. The neighborhood is served by the PresidiGo
Around the Park Shuttle which connects to MUNI and Golden Gate
Transit bus lines. Metered parking is available beside the building. Nearby,
Doyle Drive (the northern approach to the Golden Gate Bridge) is being
re-envisioned as the Presidio Parkway.
In addition to base rent and parking, tenant is responsible for all operating expenses including utilities, insurance, maintenance and the Service District Charge (SDC). SDC is a reimbursement to the Trust for a portion of municipal services such as police, fire, emergency services, road and other infrastructure maintenance. Current SDC is estimated at $4.78 per rentable square foot, per year, subject to annual adjustment.
$1.50/RSF per year (up to $10/RSF) for each year of the initial term to procuring broker, payable half 30 days after lease execution and half 30 days after occupancy. Procuring cause will include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Broker must accompany the clients on the initial visit to the Presidio;
2. Broker must provide written confirmation of an agreement between broker and tenant;
3. Broker must have a continuing involvement in the transaction.
