Pay and Display parking machines are being installed in public lots and streets throughout the Presidio and metered parking is available near the building. Visitors are required to purchase a self-service, short-term parking permit from a Pay and Display machine and place it on their vehicle’s dashboard. The cost for short-term, hourly parking permits is $1/hour and capped at $6/day. Regulations are in effect Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and are enforced by the U.S. Park Police. Please note parking signage. Daily permit booklets or monthly parking permits may be purchased for this space per lease language and upon lease execution. Expenses
Tenant pays for parking, insurance, telecom and data, and a pro rata share of building's operating expenses after first year of occupancy. Basic office utilities and Service District Charge (SDC) are included in monthly base rent. SDC is a reimbursement to the Trust for a portion of municipal services such as police, fire, and emergency services, and road and other infrastructure maintenance.
Commission
$1.50/RSF per year (up to $10/RSF) for each year of the initial term to procuring broker, payable half 30 days after lease execution and half 30 days after occupancy. Procuring cause will include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Broker must accompany the clients on the initial visit to the Presidio;
2. Broker must provide written confirmation of an agreement between broker and tenant;
3. Broker must have a continuing involvement in the transaction.
