PRESIDIO INSTITUTE PROGRAMMATIC OFFICE SPACE OPPORTUNITY

Tenants would join Presidio Institute’s Partners in Residence program.
 
The 2nd floor is almost fully leased with only one suite comprising approximately 1,362 rentable square feet still available.

Expenses
Tenant pays for parking, insurance, telecom and data, and a pro rata share of building's operating expenses after first year of occupancy. Basic office utilities and Service District Charge (SDC) are included in monthly base rent. SDC is a reimbursement to the Trust for a portion of municipal services such as police, fire, and emergency services, and road and other infrastructure maintenance.
Commission
$1.50/RSF per year (up to $10/RSF) for each year of the initial term to procuring broker, payable half 30 days after lease execution and half 30 days after occupancy. Procuring cause will include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Broker must accompany the clients on the initial visit to the Presidio;
2. Broker must provide written confirmation of an agreement between broker and tenant;
3. Broker must have a continuing involvement in the transaction.
Tenant Selection Criteria
Tenants will be selected with respect to the following criteria:
  • Alignment of mission and programs with the Presidio Institute mission
  • Contribution to the community and diversity of the Presidio Institute’s Partners in Residence program
  • Ability and willingness to convene programmatically-related meetings, events, and other relevant activity on-site in the Presidio Institute’s event spaces
  • Desire to embrace the Presidio Institute’s intended culture of collaboration, innovation, excellence, accountability, and impact measurement
  • Consistency with the planning principles and preferred uses articulated in the Presidio Trust Management Plan
  • Financial viability
