Street, part of a group of seven World War I-era waterfront warehouses on
Lundeen and Mason streets in the Presidio. 1188 Mason Street is offered
“As-Is”with tenant to fund any improvements. This basic suite comprises 12,500
rentable square feet and is ideal for use as swing space or for short-term
requirements. Available data/telecom is T-1 only (long distance WiFi range
extenders are required and not included). Low traffic users are preferred.
Space is available now with a 60-day termination right.
