The free PresidiGo Downtown Shuttle operates between stops on nearby Letterman Drive and major downtown transit points. The neighborhood is served by the PresidiGo Around the Park Shuttle which connects to MUNI and Golden Gate Transit bus lines. Metered parking is available near the building.
Building 1169 is next to Doyle Drive (the northern approach to the Golden Gate Bridge), which is being re-envisioned as the Presidio Parkway.


Tenant pays for telecom, data, parking and insurance. Basic office utilities and Service District Charge (SDC) are included in monthly base rent. SDC is a reimbursement to the Trust for a portion of municipal services including police, fire, and emergency services, and road and other infrastructure maintenance.
$1.50/RSF per year (up to $10/RSF) for each year of the initial term to procuring broker, payable half 30 days after lease execution and half 30 days after occupancy. Procuring cause will include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Broker must accompany the clients on the initial visit to the Presidio;
2. Broker must provide written confirmation of an agreement between broker and tenant;
3. Broker must have a continuing involvement in the transaction.
