The Presidio Trust has developed policies for managing parking supplies and reducing the demand for parking. These policies are coordinated with other transportation programs to create a coherent, effective approach to promoting more sustainable means of travel and commuting. Policies include charging employees for parking during the workday (see below), charging residents for parking in excess of one space per housing unit, and charging for parking in public lots
Employees have the option of purchasing monthly or daily parking permits in advance from the parking office (220 Halleck Street, Suite G200A, on the Main Post) OR purchasing hourly/daily permits from Pay and Display parking machines. Cost for a monthly parking permit is $145; daily permits are available in books of 20 for $140 ($7/day). Monthly motorcycle parking permits are available for a reduced rate of $35 a month.
Your lease contains a section which indicates the parking available to employees and visitors of your organization. This packet includes two forms that will be required to get you and your employees started. We will also email you PDFs of these forms so you have them on hand as needed.
Authorization Form: Employers fill out this form

Monthly Parking Agreement: Employees complete this form

). We require employees to make a one-time visit to the parking office at 220 Halleck Street, Suite G200A, to submit the form and provide necessary payment authorization.
