Share your enthusiasm for public programs and the Presidio by volunteering as a Presidio Trust Exhibit Docent. Each year the Presidio Trust presents exhibitions in the Presidio Officers’ Club. An Exhibit Docent is a volunteer who greets exhibit visitors and offers guided tours.

Typically, docents are interested in history and art; enjoy learning; are reliable, enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated; and are comfortable working with and speaking to the public. Prospective docents should be able to complete the initial training course and agree to meet a minimum commitment for a given program.
