Overview

The historic “O” Club has been a premier event location for more than a century, with its elegant mission style ball room, formal reception lounge, and ample parking. It is a preferred backdrop for special occasions.

Event space at the Officers' Club is offered as a building buyout only, including the Moraga, Arguello, De Anza and Garden rooms. Individual rooms may not be rented separately.

The Presidio Officers' Club is available for reception rentals daily, year round, except for national holidays including Christmas Eve and Day as well as New Year’s Eve and Day. Reservations are taken up to one year in advance.

Receptions


Hours

The reception rental period is ten (10) hours, between the hours of 8 a.m. and Midnight inclusive of setup and cleanup.

Flexible Catering Provisions

All food and beverage must be provided by a full service catering company, carrying the specified commercial general liability insurance. Alcohol must be served by companies with full service liquor liability insurance coverage.

Meetings


Hours

The meeting rental period includes up to (9) hours, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays inclusive of setup and cleanup.

Flexible Drop-off Catering Provisions

All food and beverage must be provided by a drop-off/pick-up catering service, carrying the specified commercial general liability insurance.

Alcohol is not permitted unless a reception fee is paid.  Alcohol must be served by companies with full service liquor liability insurance coverage.
