The following “First Amendment” activities are permissible within the Presidio, provided a permit has been issued by the applicable Presidio management agency:

• public assemblies, meetings, gatherings, demonstrations, parades, and other public expressions of views
• sale or distribution of printed matter (provided it is not solely commercial advertising)
