Do you dream of escaping from it all and hunkering down for a staycation in a lovely national park? Well, Joel Riddell – the main man behind Dining Around – San Francisco, a food, wine, and travel program – recently visited the Presidio and he’s got some insight to share on what to do in the Presidio…with a strong focus on all the park’s yummy eats.

For Joel’s program titled, “Staycation at the Presidio,” he interviewed Chief of Strategy and Communication Joshua Steinberger from the Presidio Trust, General Manager Terry Haney from Inn at the Presidio, and Chefs Robbie Lewis and Rogelio Garcia from the Presidio’s Arguello and The Commissary restaurants. He also mentions the classic Northern California fare at Presidio Social Club, and beer-centric eats at Sessions at the Presidio and provides suggestions for getting the most out of a stay in the park.
