Real Estate has executed an interim lease to use building 569 as a health and fitness studio. The proposed tenant improvements include selective demo, structural strengthening, utility upgrades, reopening of interior windows, and office enclosures. The proposed design details are recommended to facilitate pedestrian circulation, to meet accessibility requirements, to provide positive drainage away from the building foundation, to provide an easily visible tenant identification sign, and to provide simple drought tolerant foundation planting. This project will undergo administrative NEPA review.
