These buildings are intended to be leased for an interim period (5 years) as office use.  Building 10 has already undergone a full rehabilitation by the NPS for office use and requires minimal work.  Building 9 is currently in use as offices for Trust Planning staff but needs work to include life safety upgrades.  Lead-base paint soil remediation is necessary.  Utility upgrades include trenching for telecom conduit and water lines.
