This project will widen the concrete walkway and install a ramp to provide ADA accessibility into the northwest section of building 37.  This will allow disabled persons to enter both at the northwest and southeast (currently already ADA accessible) sections of the building, which is currently divided among two tenants.  It is also required to meet building code.  The replacement of the 4’-0” concrete walkway on the northeast side is required due to its poor condition which may cause safety issues.
