Make-ready construction for proposed lease and office use that finishes line items not accomplished by the 1996 rehabilitation conducted by the NPS.  The project will accomplish life-safety and code compliance upgrades, structural bracing, termite repair and roof membrane repairs which will both conserve the resource and limit Trust liability during occupancy.
