This project will conduct field investigations, in the form of excavated test pits, soil samples, and soil borings with a portable rig at Landfills 8 and 10 for the purpose of complying with the CERCLA five-year review and work plan.  Work will include removal of exotic vegetation and tree trimming and/or removal.  Landfills 8 and 10 are located in the Public Health Service Hospital planning district.
