Picturing the Presidio
is a multi-faceted public art installation by photographer Lyle Gomes, presented in partnership with the Presidio Trust. It features emotive black and white images of the Presidio made by the artist during two decades of Presidio transformation. Planted more than a century ago by the U.S. Army, the Presidio forest is gradually reaching the end of natural lifespan.
